2009 EASTERN IDAHO PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY JURIED SHOW AND SALE
for amateurs and professionals

Rules and Regulations of the Show

1. Each applicant may enter up to five prints.
2. .Best of show (18%), first place (16%), second place (14%), third place (12%), and fourth place (10%) will return 70 % of all entry fees. Honorable Mentions will be awarded prizes.
3. Mailed entry forms with check or money order must be received no later than September 19, 2008. Entry fee is $7.00 per image.
4. All prints must be at least 8 x 10 inches (before cropping) but no larger than 16 x 24 inches.
5. All prints must be FRAMED with WIRE HANGING DEVICES in place. Prints unable to be hung WILL NOT BE JUDGED AND THE ENTRY FEE WILL NOT BE RETURNED!!!
6. All prints must have the photographer’s name, address, phone number, PRINT TITLE, and price on the back of the finished framed print in the upper left hand corner. No name will be allowed on the front of the picture during the judging although your business card may be placed on the print AFTER THE PRINT IS HUNG.
7. All prints may be for sale with 5% retained by the Eastern Idaho Photographic Society
8. All prints must be in the EITC Gallery, 1600 S 2500 East, Idaho Falls, Idaho, by 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23 (judging on September 24).prints cannot be delivered before September 23 –EITC has no storage room for prints). Print pickup on October 30 before 5:00 p.m.
9. The Eastern Idaho Technical College and EIPS reserve the right not to hang all entries but will endeavor to hang the best 100 - 150 images depending on space availability.
10. The Eastern Idaho Technical College has no information on the show. ALL QUESTION ON THE SHOW MUST BE DRECTED TO EASTERN IDAHO PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY 208-529-8427.
We plan to participate in the Art Council Art Walk Scheduled for October 1st..
