Advancement Images, 2007-2011

Most of the EIPS "Advancement" meetings are gentle critiques of pictures submitted by members. No pictures are evaluated in January because Advancement Awards replace showing images. For most of the other months, barring conflicts with holidays, weather, or unusual circumstances, the submitted pictures are either "Photographer's Choice" or some specific subject or theme.

The interpretation or judgement of the photographer as the the meaning of a theme subject is open to broad imagination. The link below shows the various themes that have been used.

Critique Topics

Until November of 2007, the images were either slides or 8 x 10 prints and were not in a digital format. Links below show the digital images that were evaluated between Nov. 2007 and Dec. 2011. In 2012, the club discontinued putting the images on this web site.
